Cheryl May, CPA Joins Walter May and Associates

August 2005.  Effective September 1, 2005, Cheryl May will join Walter May and Associates.  Ms. May holds a B.S. from the University of Wyoming, M.S. from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.  Ms. May brings with her a wealth of experience in the energy industry including administration and management of government lease contracts for the former Tenneco company.  She has had experience in strategic planning, general accounting practice and human relations management.

SFA International Divests Consulting Business

June 2005. Walter May and Associates was formed in 2000 as a consulting business. It has been inactive for the past three years as all consulting and expert witness activities were carried out within SFA International, Inc. SFA has decided to concentrate on its core chemical business. It became clear that the consulting business could stand alone and should be independent of SFA. Walter May will remain active with both companies.
